China Qinghai National Culture Music City is located at Xihai Town, Haiyan County, the state capital of Haibei Region, Qinghai Province. It is designed by Canada MYP design Co., Ltd. and invested by China Baolong Electronics Group. The company plans to invest nearly ￥800 million. The project covers an area of 32 hectares, with a total construction area of about 61,000 square meters. Music city with music and culture as the theme is composed of three major functional blocks, the prairie theater group, cultural theme supporting, and cultural theme hotel zone. The music city has low density and ecological layout that is beneficial to combine the natural scenery with multiple functions including performing, tourism, folklore customs, hotels, shopping. The music city gives full play to the advantages of Haibei state, building the tourism distribution center in Qinghai, establishing the platform of Qinghai cultural integration, creating iconic tourist attractions in Haibei state.
中国青海民族文化音乐城位于青海省海北州府海晏县西海镇，是中国宝龙电子集团公司投资建设,计划投资近8亿元，由加拿大MYP迈柏规划设计有限公司担纲设计，项目占地面积32公顷，总建筑面积约6.1万平方米。中国青海民族文化音乐城以音乐和文化为主题，由3大功能区块组成，分别为草原剧场群区、文化主题配套区、文化主题酒店区。中国青海民族文化音乐城以低密度和亲地型为特点的生态布局，实现演艺、旅游、民俗、酒店、购物、体验等诸多功能与草原、自然风光有机融合，发挥海北州区位优势，构建青海旅游集散地，搭建青海文化整合的平台，打造为海北州标志性旅游景点。
